HG has struggled to maintain the same level of quality and integrity. Unfortunately, the owner has demonstrated difficulty handling criticism and taking responsibility for mistakes.

We paid $800 for a spring cleanup including flower bed weed treatment which Adriano promised would last over two months. Within 10 days, weeds were back in one small section. When I questioned whether they accidentally missed that area, they denied any mistake and tried to upsell me on an expensive $120/month maintenance plan.

I'm not a customer of HG Grass Care, but my neighbor was. Unfortunately, our security camera captured HG workers urinating behind our storage shed in our backyard. We reached out to HG's customer service about the incident, but our concerns were ignored for months. Ultimately, our neighbor chose to discontinue their services.
